Tom Foreman has a B.S. in Economics from Texas Technological University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The College of Business at West Texas A&M University.  He has 34+ years’ experience as a futures and options specialist.
During the 80s Tom was appointed by the Reagan Administration to serve the USDA as an advisor and economist focusing on agricultural research and extension in Washington D.C.
Prior to founding WestPan Associates in 1990, he worked as a technical analyst for Texas Agricultural Research Associates which published a weekly livestock market newsletter, as a stockbroker with Signal Securities in Ft. Worth, and spent 18 years as CFO for Corrumpa Land and Cattle Co. with operations in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado.



Brian Foreman has a B.A. from West Texas A&M University and certifications in Database Management and Programming. He has been a partner in WestPan Associates since it’s inception and has 16 years experience as a Managed Futures Specialist.


In 2003 WestPan’s home office was relocated from OK to AZ.
